LOCATION: Switzerland
The Junior DevOps Automation Engineer Intern will be integrated and directly involved in the team at Ericsson Switzerland developing these automation capabilities for the voice communications domain. This will be an intern position where you will work together with other DevOps engineers in fulfilling the tasks handled by the team in this area and in the production of an advanced telecom network automation ecosystem.

Knowledge of the Linux operating system utilization and administration
Knowledge and experience in scripting and software programing
Knowledge of Python, Ansible, Java, YAML, JSON
Knowledge in the deployment and utilization of Linux applications and tools, such as Jira, Gitlab, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana
Understanding of virtualization and cloud-native technologies, both on-prem and on hyperscalers (OpenStack, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Familiar with telecom protocols and how they function
Familiar with ITIL or Agile methodology
Fluency in English at B1 level or higher, spoken and written
Good communication skills
