The WAAW Foundation Scholarship enables female college students in Africa to pursue their studies in a STEM-related course. With this scholarship, you are free to focus on achieving your academic goal and volunteer to give back to your community and promote the engagement of women in STEM through the STEM Outreach Chapter at their university.
ELIGIBILITY:
Female students of African origin, living and studying in Africa.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.
Studying STEM-related courses in a University or college in Africa.
Presently a first or second year student or a third-year student for a 5-year course in a University.
Ability to demonstrate financial need
Excellent Academic Record.
Proven leadership, volunteering, and community service
Below the age of 32 years.
BENEFIT:
The WAAW Foundation scholarship is a one-time award of $500.
50 scholarships for students seeking admission to Nigerian public universities and polytechnics in 2027. Priority is given to students from low-income families.
ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must be seeking admission for the 2027 academic session in a Nigerian public university or polytechnic.
WAEC or equivalent examinations from 2024–2027 are accepted. You may apply while awaiting results. Applicants should be preparing for JAMB and the 2027 admission process.
A screening test will be administered by TKA Foundation. Priority is given to low-income families.
