This intensive 18-month program aims to groom the next generation of leaders in BAT Operations Team, providing participants with a deep understanding of various operational areas
ELIGIBILITY:
Graduated with Bachelor’s in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain or Quality
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed
No more than 3 years post graduate experience
Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
Analytical and decision-making skills and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivation, initiative and drive to succeed
National and/or international mobility
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
Only Nigerian applicants will be considered for the position
