NEWCASTLE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS EXCELLENCE MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIP

Newcastle University Business School offers a number of partial Master’s scholarship awards each year to assist students with good qualifications to study for postgraduate-taught programs. The awards will be credited to the student’s fee account to reduce the overall cost of tuition fees.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for this partial-fee scholarship you must meet the following criteria (Business Excellence Scholarship Regulations – 2025 Entry):

Students can be domiciled in any country but priority will be placed upon students from underrepresented groups within out PGT student cohort

Hold an offer of admission for 2025 entry for an eligible programme (see terms and conditions for eligible programmes)

You must achieve or hold a UK 2:1 Honours Degree (or its international equivalent)

Hold an English language qualification of IELTS 7.0 or its equivalent with no subskill below 6.0, if your first language is not English

An applicant will only be considered after they have been offered a place to study on one of the eligible Postgraduate taught programmes at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2025/26 academic year beginning in September 2025.

Eligible candidates will automatically be considered for the Business Excellence Scholarship as part of their academic course application.  Applicants will be considered based on their academic level, English language score and quality of personal statement.

ESSEX UKT LAW GLOBAL PARTNER PREMIUM SCHOLARSHIPS 2025-26

If you’re an international student studying at one of their UKT Law global channel partners, listed in the table below, which you’ll receive as a 50% tuition fee discount in your first year of study.

ELIGIBILITY:

These scholarships are restricted to students who are overseas fee payers and are entirely self-funded

Students must register for the first year of study at Essex on a full-time undergraduate degree** in October 2025-26.

Students must be commencing study at Essex on one of the UK Law transfer degree routes from one of the partner institutions listed above.

Students must exceed 68% for 2+1 route and 56% for 1+2 route.

Students must submit a 500-word essay as part of the scholarship application process.

The award cannot be held in conjunction with any other University of Essex scholarships.

This scholarship is available for the first year of study at undergraduate level in 2025-26 only.

Successful applicants should be available for promotional activities. *Students receiving a repayable loan to fund their studies will be considered as self-funded.

To be considered for these awards you must complete and submit the application form available on their website by 11 July 2025. Alongside the application form, you must submit a 500-word supporting essay which will be considered by the selection panel alongside other applications.

BENEFIT:

You will receive a 50% tuition fee discount. These scholarships will only be made available as a reduction on the tuition fee that is payable on registration at the University. Payment cannot be offset against a tuition fee deposit if one is required.
