The Chancellor’s Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship for individuals who are planning to pursue a graduate program full-time at Penn State Great Valley beginning in the fall semester. If awarded, students must take 12 credits per semester for the first academic year.
ELIGIBILITY:
Scholarship recipients must enrol in 12 credits in each of their first and second semesters in order to receive and maintain this scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded over two semesters; disbursement of the award in the second semester will be conditional on the student maintaining at least a cumulative grade point average of 3.25/4.0 and completing a course load of 12 credits in each semester of the award.
The Chancellor’s Scholarship is offered only at the time of a selected student’s formal offer of admission to a graduate degree program. It is designed to support newly-enrolling, first-time students. It does not require submission of the Campus Scholarship Application or a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Early application is encouraged.
Applicants will automatically be considered for this award if they indicate on the admissions application that they plan to enroll on a full-time basis. Note that 12 credits must be completed in each of your first and second semesters to receive and maintain this scholarship.
BENEFIT:
This $12,000 USD scholarship is applied toward tuition and fees for one academic year.
