ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered eligible for the scholarship, you will need to:

be a UK or international fee-paying student holding an offer for a University of Reading undergraduate programme to enter either a home foundation year or Year 1 in 2026/27

achieve grades AAA or above in your A levels (or equivalent qualification) or AAB for students eligible for a contextualised offer

successfully complete the scholarship application process for this scheme.

Eligible offer holders will receive an invitation from the University with full details of the scheme and guidance on how to apply.

Applications will be considered in three tranches:

Tranche 1 scholarship application deadline: 23:59 on 20 March 2026

Tranche 2 scholarship application deadline: 23:59 on 12 June 2026

Tranche 3 scholarship application deadline: 23:59 on 3 September 2026.

BENEFIT:

Each scholar will receive £6,000 a year for up to four years of full-time study on their course (subject to terms and conditions) for maintenance and living costs.
