ELIGIBILITY:

Strong academic results (NB academic transcript required as part of the application)

Currently completing the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the technology or engineering fields.

Strong coding aptitude; analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills are essential.

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to engage with various functions that are critical to their operations, including Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, and the Application Group. Each of these functions plays a vital role in ensuring that they deliver high-quality products to their consumers while maintaining efficiency and innovation in our processes.

ELIGIBILITY:

Engineering: Focuses on optimizing production processes, implementing new technologies, and ensuring that our facilities operate at peak performance.

Production: Involves managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing lines, ensuring that we meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Ensures that all products meet Nestlé’s stringent quality standards through rigorous testing and compliance checks, safeguarding our commitment to excellence.

Application Group: Works closely with product development and marketing teams to create innovative solutions that meet consumer needs and preferences.

You will be the perfect candidate to rise to the challenges in this exciting role if you meet the following attributes:

Degree holder with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or its equivalent

Less than 2 years of working experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong in critical thinking skills, resilience, and agility.

Ability to work well independently and in a team
