UNIVERSITY OF OREGON INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AND SCHOLAR SERVICES

New and continuing international students may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP). The ICSP scholarship is renewable each year to completion of a UO degree, provided the student follows the requirements of the ICSP program.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon. New students must apply for admission to the UO for Fall 2024 by January 15, 2024. To apply for admission click here.

Applicants cannot be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or eligible to receive U.S. federal financial assistance.

Applicants must demonstrate sufficient financial resources in addition to the scholarship and meet the minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA requirement.

BENEFIT:

Selected ICSP students receive a partial tuition-waiver scholarship.

EPFL EXCELLENCE FELLOWSHIP FOR MASTERS STUDENTS

LOCATION: Switzerland

EPFL offers a limited number of fellowships at master’s level to students with outstanding academic records. Anyone applying to an EPFL master’s program is eligible. The selection of candidates and the granting of the fellowships are based on the evaluation of the academic records of the candidates.

ELIGIBILITY:

Anyone applying to an EPFL master’s program is eligible. EPFL grants a limited number of fellowships to the most deserving candidates based on their academic records.
Cumulating this fellowship with other substantial scholarships is not possible. Candidates are required to declare all the scholarships they receive during their master’s (see section 4.2).
If the master at EPFL is a second master’s degree, candidates are not eligible for an excellence fellowship.

BENEFIT:

CHF 10’000 per semester
Reservation of a student room in a student residence (for “external” candidates only)
A certificate of excellence (at the end of the master’s program)
