The University of Stirling has a long history of supporting international students in their efforts to become global citizens and forge successful careers worldwide.
This scholarship is awarded in the form of a tuition fee waiver and is open to students who are living in Nigeria at the point of application.
ELIGIBILITY:
You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for an eligible postgraduate taught course at the University of Stirling starting in September 2025 or January 2026.
You must be classed as an International student for tuition fee purposes.
You must be living in Nigeria at the point of application.
You must enter directly into a full-time postgraduate degree programme, delivered at the University’s Stirling campus.
This scholarship cannot be combined with any other Stirling scholarship or award (the exception being the University of Stirling’s Sports Scholarships). If offered more than one University of Stirling award, then the highest value award will be applied.
Eligible students will automatically be identified as part of the admissions process. No separate application is required for this award.
The Chancellor’s Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship for individuals who are planning to pursue a graduate program full-time at Penn State Great Valley beginning in the fall semester. If awarded, students must take 12 credits per semester for the first academic year.
ELIGIBILITY:
Scholarship recipients must enrol in 12 credits in each of their first and second semesters in order to receive and maintain this scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded over two semesters; disbursement of the award in the second semester will be conditional on the student maintaining at least a cumulative grade point average of 3.25/4.0 and completing a course load of 12 credits in each semester of the award.
The Chancellor’s Scholarship is offered only at the time of a selected student’s formal offer of admission to a graduate degree program. It is designed to support newly-enrolling, first-time students. It does not require submission of the Campus Scholarship Application or a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Early application is encouraged.
Applicants will automatically be considered for this award if they indicate on the admissions application that they plan to enroll on a full-time basis. Note that 12 credits must be completed in each of your first and second semesters to receive and maintain this scholarship.
BENEFIT:
This $12,000 USD scholarship is applied toward tuition and fees for one academic year.
