UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL POSTGRADUATE GLOBAL ADVANCEMENT SCHOLARSHIPS – COUNTRY

LOCATION: United Kingdom

This scholarship is based on your nationality and offers generous tuition fee discounts to eligible, new international students. Please note, the information below applies for September 2025 onwards. 

ELIGIBILITY:

To receive this scholarship, you’ll need to:

Be joining an eligible master’s course, including MRes programmes, from September 2025

Be studying on campus in Liverpool

Be paying the tuition fees for the course yourself at the international rate

Accept your offer of a place and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline indicated in your offer letter.

We won’t be able to offer you this scholarship if you:

Studied at University of Liverpool International College, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU), or completed your undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool. If you’ve studied with us before, including as a Study Abroad, Exchange or XJTLU student, you could be eligible to receive a tuition fee discount through our University of Liverpool Graduate Loyalty Advancement Scholarship

Will be studying online

Already hold a master’s degree

Are having your fees paid by a sponsor, such as a government, commercial organisation or employer, on your behalf

Are joining a PGCert, Professional Doctorate (including DDSc awards), MPhil, MArch or PhD, or any master’s course that isn’t listed above.

If you’ve applied for or intend to study part time, any tuition fee discount you’re eligible to receive will be applied at a pro-rata rate over the duration of your course. For example, if you intend to study over two years, you’ll receive 50% of the tuition fee discount in each year.

Please note, if you’re eligible to receive either or both of the Postgraduate Global Advancement Scholarship – Country or Postgraduate Global Advancement Scholarship – Achievement, you won’t be eligible for the Postgraduate Global Advancement Scholarship – Course.

No application is necessary. The Postgraduate Global Advancement Scholarship – Country will be awarded to all eligible students who meet the criteria

2025 KPMG UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

This scholarship reflects KPMG Nigeria’s dedication to fostering community growth by enhancing access to quality education and promoting academic excellence.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicant must be a citizen of Nigeria.

Must have completed their secondary education at a public secondary school (state, federal or military school). 

Scored a minimum of 5 distinctions from WASSCE/NECO (including Mathematics and English) in a single sitting.

Scored a minimum of 230 and above in Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Must already have an admission letter or a provisional letter of admission to a federal institution in Nigeria. 

Must currently be an undergraduate student in a federal university.

Must currently be in their first (100 Level) or second year (200 Level) of full-time study (not part-time or distance-learning programme).

Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 5- point grading system or 3.0/4.0 in a 4-point grading system.
