META RESEARCH PHD FELLOWSHIP

The Meta Research PhD Fellowship program is open to students in any year of their PhD study. We encourage people of diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply, especially those from traditionally under-represented minority groups. Applications are evaluated based on the strength of the student’s research statement, research impact, and recommendation letters.

ELIGIBILITY:

Before you fill out an application, please review the applicable research area fellowship descriptions. We will only be awarding Fellowships in these specific areas. If your research does not directly align with any of these descriptions, we invite you to check back next award cycle for future research alignment.

Enrolled in a PhD program at an accredited university in the fall following the application cycle (i.e., Fall 2023);

Engaged in research related to computer science and engineering in areas relevant to Meta, as specified in the Available Fellowships section;

The program is open to students at all accredited universities around the world.

BENEFIT:

Winners of the Fellowship will receive two years of paid tuition and fees, a $42,000 annual stipend to cover living and conference travel costs, a paid visit to Meta headquarters for the annual Fellowship Summit (pending COVID office restrictions event may be virtually held), and various opportunities to engage with Meta researchers.

The Graduate Analyst Programme (GAP) is ideal for outstanding graduates and early career starters who are interested in discovering a career path within strategy consulting. A GAP year at BCG will provide you with on-the-job exposure and best-in-class training from our BCG network

ELIGIBILITY:

Excellent academic results from an accredited Nigerian university i.e. second class upper and above.

Completed bachelor degree within two and a half years of application. Preferably completed the NYSC or about to get called up for service: https://careers.bcg.com/locations/nigeria

In addition to academic records, we are looking for extensive extra-curricular activities and awards to demonstrate evidence of your impact.

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites.

Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. 

You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.

BENEFIT:

The first year base compensation for this role is:

Associate: $110,000 USD

Consultant: $190,000 USD
