The Sustainable Finance Summer Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to work with Morgan Stanley teams that seek to drive capital towards investments that promote sustainable economic growth and scalable solutions to global challenges. With support from across the Global Sustainability Office (GSO) and the Institute for Sustainable Investing, Morgan Stanley is dedicated to accelerating the adoption of sustainable investing, which seeks to deliver both competitive financial returns and positive environmental and social impact.
ELIGIBILITY:
Currently working toward a master’s degree or are enrolled in a graduate level program.
Possess a clear and demonstrable interest in sustainability and sustainable finance.
Be able to summarize and articulate complex ideas effectively.
Be a team player and a self-starter who enjoys working on projects independently and in groups.
Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
BENEFIT:
Expected base pay rate for the role will be $135,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment.
The WTO is seeking applications for its Young Trade Leaders programme, an initiative aimed at fostering a better understanding of the WTO’s work and international trade among young people and creating a network of Young Trade Leaders around the world.
ELIGIBILITY:
People between the ages of 18 and 30 with a strong interest in international trade are encouraged to apply.
Candidates selected to be “Young Trade Leaders” will be exceptional young people who demonstrate a clear understanding of how trade can be of benefit to people and planet. They will bring new perspectives and ideas about the role of trade and the WTO while also having the opportunity to learn about the organization’s work and play a role in advancing its mission.

The deadline for applications is 5 July 2024 (23.59 CET).
Short-listed candidates will be invited to take part in an interview in July.
BENEFIT:
Selected leaders will have the opportunity to take advantage of training courses organized by the WTO, to benefit from WTO Secretariat advice and mentoring, and to receive support when organizing WTO-related activities in their home countries.
They will not receive remuneration but they will be invited to travel to Geneva to actively participate in the 2024 WTO Public Forum in September.
