ELIGIBILITY:

Graduated or expecting graduation between Dec 2025 and March 2027

Outstanding record of academic achievement

Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate ideas effectively—both verbally and in writing—in English and the local office language(s)

Program starting in January 2027 (full-time/hybrid model)

Education:

Undergraduate: Final-year student

Postgraduate: Students currently pursuing a master’s degree or PhD

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English

Work Experience: Between 0 and 6 years of professional working experience

Nationality: Must be a citizen of a WBG member country
