Newcastle University is pleased to offer partial Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships to assist international students to study for an undergraduate degree.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be considered for awards, applicants must:
Be domiciled in one of the following countries/regions: Algeria, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey*, UAE, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, or Zimbabwe.
Have been offered a place to study on an eligible undergraduate degree course at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2026/27 academic year
Be assessed as international for fee purposes
NB Applicants domiciled in Turkey can only be considered if they are self-funding their studies.
Scholarships will be awarded automatically to eligible students.

Eligible candidates will automatically be awarded a Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship as part of their academic course application.

Value of award: The value of the tuition fee award is £7,000 per academic year
Start date and duration: September 2026 for the duration of your course.
