Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, development studies, international studies, social sciences, biodiversity, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field of environment and development (e.g., biodiversity, environmental economics, etc.).

Minimum 2 years of relevant and progressive experience in private sector biodiversity finance and familiar and up to date with global biodiversity frameworks, TNFD, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, ESG and impact investing, and national issues in biodiversity finance for conservation, communications, and related areas.

Proven experience in writing-up technical proposals and/or biodiversity finance plans.

Fluency in verbal and written English.
