AFRIFOUNDERS GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAMME 2026

The Afrifounders Graduate Trainee Programme 2026—intensive mini MBA training, immersion inside real operating businesses, and a competitive path to a paid internship in the Afrifounders ecosystem. For Nigerian graduates currently serving in NYSC or who recently completed it. Application is FREE.

ELIGIBILITY:

Built for graduates who want more than a certificate.

This is not a classroom exercise. Trainees learn business fundamentals, then apply them inside real AfriFounders companies—with real teams, real customers, and real consequences. Every stage is merit-based, and not everyone who starts continues to the next.

Honest by design: Training and immersion are unpaid. Only participants selected at the end of month two continue into the paid internship.

The Journey

Six months. Five stages. Every one of them earned.

Weeks 1–5: Mini MBA

Intensive foundational business training.

Weeks 6–8: Business immersion

Practical exposure inside real AfriFounders businesses.

End of Month 2: Internship selection

The strongest participants are selected for the internship.

Months 3–6: Paid internship

Four months of paid, hands-on internship work.

End of Month 6: Employment pathway

The strongest interns may receive full-time offers.

They are looking for a friendly and efficient Food Services Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

ELIGIBILITY:

Summary of Role:

As a food services assistant, you will ensure an enjoyable food and drink experience by preparing and serving food and drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness in the food service outlets. The role holder will monitor stock, handle payments, and comply with health and safety regulations related to food handling and services.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work a maximum of five days out of seven with a requirement to be flexible in working hours to suit the operating model of food services.

Working rotas will be provided locally in a good time with variations presented in a reasonable timeframe, which will be agreed upon with food services colleagues.
