Grants to enable foreign masters’ students to do an internship in sustainable water management in a developing country. Grants awarded by the Elisabeth & Amélie Fund. The Elisabeth & Amelie Fund supports sustainable water management in developing countries, among others by financing on-the-spot internships for students from developing countries who are studying in Belgium.

ELIGIBILITY:

Students from developing countries who are pursuing a master’s level degree (master’s, specialisation master’s or a second bachelor’s degree) and that work on a thesis that is linked to water management in developing countries.

BENEFIT:

The grant will cover the expenses inherent to the internship, up to a maximum of € 5,000.

The internship, which should last 1 to 2 months, must take place between January 2025 and the end of August 2025. About ten grants shall be awarded.

WILSON CENTER SOCIAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME

The External Relations department at the Wilson Center seeks an energetic and self-motivated student or recent graduate interested in digital communication, public policy, and international affairs for a social media internship. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape, including business use of social media on various platforms. Interns will be responsible for contributing to social networks, participating in online outreach and promotion, and supporting events.

ELIGIBILITY:

Be enrolled in a degree program, recently graduated (within the last year), and/or have been accepted to enter an advanced degree program within the next year

Have experience or demonstrated interest in social media/marketing

Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Have an understanding of the Wilson Center’s work and mission

Understand how to work and communicate in a nonpartisan environment 

Have great attention to detail

Have in-depth working knowledge of Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn

Have a basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Buffer, or other social media management tools

Have experience (professional or personal) with content creation, including graphic design and short-form video production

e enrolled in a degree program, recently graduated (within the last year), and/or have been accepted to enter an advanced degree program within the next year

Have experience or demonstrated interest in social media/marketing

Have excellent oral and written communication skills

Have an understanding of the Wilson Center’s work and mission

Understand how to work and communicate in a nonpartisan environment
